My family had a great time at this hotel, especially with the nice and clean swimming pool suitable for adults and children. The rooms were a little humid at arrival but very clean with a pleasant party inside. However, the hotel could improve on the dining experience.
The hotel rooms are spacious with a decent sea view, and the location is very convenient. The comfort level is good, and the breakfast is enjoyable. However, cleanliness could be improved slightly. The service is satisfactory, and the dining options are basic. The hotel's location is far from the city center and supermarkets, but it is not crowded and has a lovely beach nearby. Facilities offered are average with limited dining selections and freezing cold water in the pool.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a fantastic big refrigerator that was a great convenience for our group. The proximity to the cleaning room, where used sheets were kept, was a minor drawback. The location was very good and easy to reach, making our stay enjoyable, but we missed having a swimming pool available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent, facing the sea view and spacious, making it perfect for families with kids. The proximity to the sauna and steam room was a bonus. The only downside was the hotel being a bit far from RAK downtown.
